This 2000KN hydraulic driven mooring winch with compact design, mainly include single drum, winch base, gear box, hydraulic motor, small gearwheel, big gearwheel,main shaft, rachet stopper, clutch, hydraulic brake, wall plate, oil tank etc.

The mooring winches reach 200 ton required rope is wire rope, diameter for wire rope min. would be 56mm, if customers want mooring very long wire rope then automatic spooling device can be option to install for wire rope in line arrangment.

For marine mooring winch speed, as per mechanics principle, when the working load is bigger, the speed is smaller, so in case wanted high speed it is better to adjust a small working load on mooring drum.
